QUALITY REPORT

Structure: Strip foundations of reinforced concrete are used. The stress resistant elements consist of reinforced concrete and corrugated steel bars, according to the construction plan.

Reinforcement:  Facing: Bricks of 11 cm, thermal insulation in the middle camber of projected polystyrene and interior partition wall of 7 cms bricks rendered with plaster machine pressed.

Carpintería exterior y vidriería:

Exterior carpentry will be of wood colour standard aluminum, sliding windows and doors, with the exception of the bathroom fitting that will open and close sideways or by tilting.   Bedroom  and living-dining room windows will be equipped with roller shutters of PVC in white colour. All windows will have double glazing 4/6/4.

Electricity

Electrical installation according to current regulations, fitting of mechanisms designed in white colour “Legrands” brand “Décor” type

Kitchens

There will be a double-edged granite worktop, with a  choice of models “Amarillo Brasil” o “Sangrilá”.  Kitchens are furnished with upper and lower cupboards to be chosen within the standard models of Pereto Grupo Inmobilairo, S.L,

Kitchen fittings:

A glass-ceramic hob model “Mdo VTV DC”, an electric oven model  “HC 510 ME”, a decorative smoke extractor hood and an electric boiler of 150 liters.

Paintwork

On exterior surfaces cement rendering and high quality paint will be used. On interior surfaces smooth paint will be applied.

Interior Carpentry

Interior through doors done with mobile model “Gandia Provenzal X”.   The main door will be security kind, with viewing hole.  There will be a “wall” of built-in wardrobes made of the same wood and in the same style as the through-doors.  The wardrobe in the master bedroom will contain drawers and a pullout trouser rack.

Ceilings and Interior Plastering

The interior plaster coat consists of gypsum applied with a special machine.  The ceilings will be done with plaster coat consists of gypsum applied with a special machine or a finished in smooth plaster, with a decorative all round. 

Tiling and Paving:

Pavings and tiling will consist of ceramic stoneware at a cost of 12 €/ m².  Kitchen and bathroom walls will be tiled up to the ceiling, and a decorative border strip of up to 3 € / per piece or a maximum of 5 silk screen printed tiles of up to  3 € / each will be fitted, all of which are top quality

Partition Walls:

Interior partition walls are made of 7 cm ceramic hollow bricks. Between the houses the walls will be done with double partition wall and acoustic isolation

Plumbing work:

Installation embedded in walls and floors with various diameter tubes of copper or reticulate polyethylene, with shutoff valves in each appropriate area and stopcocks on each appliance. Hot and cold water supply.

Taps and fittings:

Bathroom fittings will be provided by “ROCA”, model “DAMA”. In the main bathroom an 80 cm high mirror cabinet Model “Iris” will be included.

The bath will be model Princess de 1.70 x 0.75. All with taps and fittings model “Alfa cromo”

In the kitchen the sink will be of stainless steel, double, and with taps model Alfa cromo. Preinstalation of the washing machine and the dishwasher.

Varios:

·          Intercom Video Camera.

·          Preinstalation of air conditioning in the living-dining room and the bedrooms.

·          One lift for 4 people with access to the garage and the terrace, in each stairwell.
