Inspection Trip:

Our inspection trips are highly subsidized and cost UK£120 per person (maximum two people). This price includes return flights, accommodation in a 3-star hotel on a b/b basis, transport to and from the airport in Cyprus, and of course the property tour in the company of one of our Property Advisors.

 


 

SPECIFICATION

 

STRUCTURES AND WALLS
The Main Building structures are reinforced concrete construction, designed in accordance with codes BS 8110, ACI 318 M-89 and CP3.
All external and internal non-load Bearing Walls and partitions are of high quality hollow clay bricks manufactured in accordance with CYS 19, and plastered on both sides.
EXTERNAL FINISHES
All external walls are plastered and finished with a high quality emulsion paint.

INTERNAL FINISHES
WALLS. Entrance hall, living and dining area, corridor and bedrooms are plastered and painted with high quality emulsion paint colour 3 coats)
Bathroom and toilet are tiled with ceramic tiles up to 2.20 cm priced at £ 8.00 per m².
Kitchen walls are painted with emulsion paint above a ceramic skirting. Area between work surfaces and wall cupboards and around kitchen sink as tiled, priced at £ 8.00 per m².
CEILINGS
All ceilings are painted with a high quality emulsion paint (white colour)
FLOORS 
Entrance hall, living and dinning area, corridor and bedrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles or marble priced at £ 8.00m². Bathroom and toilet are tiled with ceramics tiles priced at £ 8.00 m². Verandas are tiled with tiles priced at £ 5.00m².

ALUMINIUM DOORS & WINDOWS
Internal doors ( M.D.F.) all beech wood priced at £100.00 each. The doors are varnished to a high quality finish. The doorframes are Swedish wood colour white. The main entrance door with aluminium panels constructed to a special design from white colour priced at £400. All the external windows and doorframes are aluminium and are double-glazed. 
BUILT - IN FURNITURE
Fitted wardrobes beach wood ( M.D.F.) priced up to £ 100.00 m² limit. The kitchen is fitted with low and high cabinets of oak or beach wood. ( M.D.F.) priced at £ 100.00 m²up to 2.60cm high. Work top is plastic ( PVC) 
Internal doors (MDF) all oak wood priced at £100 each. The doors are varnished to a high quality finish. The doorframes are Swedish wood.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical installation is well designed to provide ample lighting and 15 power points, 2 bell points, central T.V. antenna and telephones outlets to every room. Bathroom to have provision for wall light generally executed in accordance with local Electricity Authority regulations.
MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS
Cold water is stored in individual roof tanks (1100 litres) and supplying solar panels and from there distributed to the various plumbing fittings.
Hot water supply for each house by individual storage water heater provision.
Installations for Air-Condition (hot /cold) will be provided in each room. 
GARDEN
A pathway from the front door to the road, and from the garage (if there is) to the road will be provided.
A boundary wall one metre high will be provided which will surround the whole plot (yellow bricks).
Balustrade costing £30.00 per metre will surround each patio.
Metal gates at front entrance costing £150.00 will be provided.
