Inspection Trip:

Our inspection trips are highly subsidized and cost UK£120 per person (maximum two people). This price includes return flights, accommodation in a 3-star hotel on a b/b basis, transport to and from the airport in Cyprus, and of course the property tour in the company of one of our Property Advisors.

 


 

SPECIFICATION

ANEMONI VILLAS 

1. Loading bearing frame:
Reinforce concrete structure.
2. Gutters and downspouts:
75mm diameter plastic pipes for rain purposes.
3. Water proofing:
a. POLYETHYLENE PLASTIC SHEETING
A layer of polyethylene plastic sheeting will be installed under all the surfaces of flooring, interior and exterior of the house before the application of the screed. 
b. DERBIGUN
Derbigun 4mm and bronze paint will be applied to all horizontal surfaces of all the uncovered roofs. In addition at all verandas and balconies that there is a danger of water leak into the interior of the maisonette a 3mm derbigun will be installed over the screed surfaces before the installation of the flooring.
4. Structural frame:
Anti-seismic structural frame made of concrete and reinforced steel according to a civil engineering study and supervision. 
5. Walls:
External and internal walls will be with bricks.
6. Plastic mesh:
At all the joints of concrete with brick-work a special plastic mesh will be applied in order to control settlements and Cracks.
7. Plastering:
Interior: 3 coats plastering and emulsion paint.
Exterior: 2 coats plastering and paint or grafiato.
8. Electrical Installation:
Lighting points, power points, socket points, TV points, telephone points, cooker control according to the Electricity Authority’s regulations and according to the architectural drawings.
9. Window sills:
Window sills will be made out of marble.
10. Windows framework:
Are made of white aluminium series MU 100 special and MU 2000 with double glazing windows and electrical shutters. 
11. Central heating & Air-conditioning: 
There will be private central heating with gas oil.
We will provide a separate mechanical room and we will connect it with the
solar system.
Air-condition units (hot & cold) in all the rooms selected by the company.
12. Plumbing – Drainage:
Includes a solar system with a boiler and secondary electric system.
All the pipes are made of P.V.C. 
13. Plot fences:
The fence will be made out of fair face concrete and will be finish with grafiato.
14. Sewerage connection:
According to the Sewerage board in Limassol.
15. Flooring:
Living room and corridors: best quality marble CYP20m2.
Kitchen: best quality ceramic tiles CYP12m2
Bathrooms: best quality ceramic tiles CYP12m2.
Bedrooms: laminate parquet CYP11m2.

19. Medal installation:
