Our inspection trips are highly subsidized and cost UK£120 per person (maximum two people). This price includes return flights, accommodation in a 3-star hotel on a b/b basis, transport to and from the airport in Cyprus, and of course the property tour in the company of one of our Property Advisors.

 


 

SPECIFICATION

1. FOUNDATIONS
Foundations will be of reinforced concrete individual pad footings or raft in accordance with the drawings.
2. SUBSTRUCTURE AND SUPERSTRUCTURE 
Reinforced concrete will generally be used.
3. ROOF 
Reinforced concrete slab covered with Portuguese type roof tiles.
4. WALL FINISHES 
20 cm and 10cm thick brick walls in accordance with the drawings.
Bricks of best quality will be used. Emulsion paint on plaster to general surfaces. 
5. KITCHEN WALLS
Surfaces between kitchen benches and wall cupboards will receive coloured ceramic tiles. All other surfaces will be painted plaster. Value of ceramic tiles 6.00 CP/m²
6. BATHROOM AND TOILET
All surfaces will receive ceramic tiles to 2.10 height from the finished floor level. Value of ceramic tiles will be of 6.00 CP/m².
7. FLOOR FINISHES
General internal areas and verandas: Ceramic tiles, value 6.00 CP/m².
Bathrooms and toilets: Ceramic tiles, value 6.00 CP/m².
8. DOORS AND WINDOWS
Internal door frames will generally be made of softwood timber.
Windows and external doors will be double glazed aluminium. All internal doors will be semisolid flush doors M.D.F plastic painted. Shutters are not included but they are optional.
9. BEDROOM WARDROBES 
Internally all partitions will be melamine.
Wardrobe doors M.D.F plastic painted will be used. 
10. KITCHEN BENCHES
Internally melamine.
Cupboard doors M.D.F plastic painted or melamine.
Worktop will be in granite.
Stainless steel sink will be used. Electrical provision only for smell absorbent. The kitchen carpentry work will be such as to be able to accommodate future built-in hob, hood and oven. The electrical appliances are not included.
11. SANITARY FITTINGS
Sanitary fittings and units in accordance with the drawings. All sanitary units will be of good quality and in accordance with the British standards.

12. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical installation will be done according to the drawings approved by E.A.C.
13. PLUMBING AND INSTALLATION
Plumbing and drainage installation will be done in accordance with the drawings. PVC pipes will be used for hot and cold water supply. Hot water pipes will be properly insulated.
CPVC pipes will be used for drainage.
14. PAINTING
All internal walls and ceilings will be painted with emulsion paint.
All timber surfaces will be varnished except internal door and window frames which will be oil painted.
15. SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Septic tank and absorption pit will be constructed and made operative in accordance with the drawings.
16. Solar Heater is included with a double cold water tank.
17. EXTERNAL WORKS
Parking driveway is to be constructed in stamped concrete.
Boundaries as shown on the drawings. Front boundary stone brick wall and gates and on the other sides galvanized posts with galvanized wire.
18. Fire place is not included.
19. Provisions only for future Air conditioning units are included in the living, dining room and bedrooms. 
20. Swimming pool is not included but it is optional.
21. Double glazing is included.
22. Water pressure system is included.
